Mary’s Organic Garden holds a special place in our hearts. Located within the hotel grounds, and forming part of the Woodlands Walking Trail, Mary’s Organic Garden supplies our kitchens with many of the seasonal ingredients found on the menus at Timmy Macs Bistro.

Afternoon tea is served every day from 11:00am – 5:00pm. A much-loved institution, our afternoon tea is served on vintage china sourced from local families and antique fairs. The menu comprises a balance of savoury and sweet treats, handmade by our own pastry chefs under the watchful eye of proprietor Mary Fitzgerald.
