Our bespoke wedding packages contain a range of served, buffet and stall-style wedding menu suggestions, as well as a host of bespoke options created in partnership with our team of talented chefs.
As a Guaranteed Irish accredited hotel, we are proud of our food ethos. All dishes served within the resort are made from ingredients grown on our own certified organic farm or in Mary’s Organic Garden or sourced from a small number of trusted producers.
Not only are we able to cater for a wide range of tastes, we are also able to create vegan, vegetarian and organic menus and cater for all dietary requirements, including coeliac.
Our now famous Fitz & Chips offering is available to all couples for late night snacking, and we have a comprehensive range of options for next-day celebrations.
