Our Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programmes to help individuals reach their unique health and fitness goals.
We offer 30-minute one-to-one sessions for both members and non-members.
Packages Terms & Conditions
- Packages are designed to use a minimum of 2 x 30-minute sessions per week. This helps establish an effective routine, consistency and exercise adherence, all critical components to gain true results.
- Members Packages include 4 complimentary classes (one per week.)
- Any sessions not used in a 4-week period will automatically expire.
- All sessions are conveniently booked directly through our Woodlands App.
- Sessions must be booked a minimum of 8 hours in advance and must give a 12 hour cancellation notice.
