Our in-house personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programmes to help individuals reach their unique health and fitness goals.
They work with people across all fitness levels, from those introducing exercise into their daily routines to professional sportspeople and everything in-between.

TAILORED EXERCISE PROGRAMS
Woodlands Health & Leisure Club offers members access to a personal trainer* in order to tailor their time and activities to ensure that personal fitness and health goals are achieved. In addition to creating individual training programmes, our personal trainers also work on safety and injury
prevention and continuous progression of routines to keep workouts fresh and interesting and adapting to increasing levels of strength and fitness.
*Additional charges apply for one to one personal training.
